DEPOSIT
I require a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the service total to reserve your appointment. If you no-call/no-show to your appointment, I keep the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
I require 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will lose the 40% deposit as I cannot reasonably fill the appointment slot.
Policies
LATE ARRIVAL
In order to remain on schedule and so that I can respect all my clients' time, please arrive on time or 5 minutes early. I do enforce a 10-minute-late policy. If you will be late, please message me as soon as possible so we can determine whether I will still be able to accommodate your appointment or whether we will need to reschedule.
NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS
If you no-call/no-show for your appointment, I keep the deposit, as I do not work hourly and can not fill your appointment spot. 3 missed appointments will result in no longer being booked.
